Created in 1999. We offered two kinds of attention during the first five years:
- Integral care of boys and girls mentally or physically challenged, orphans or abandoned or in social risk and
- Day care center

Since 2004, because of the increasing demand, we just offer the day care center. Currently we offer integral care trough this service. We also educate poor and extreme poor kids with down syndrome.
